In addition to our Culture Corner, this addition features recent LFM news, a spotlight on our spring interns, and a recap from our winter excursions!

Culture Corner: Around the LFM Portfolio

At LFM Capital and our portfolio companies, culture isn't a buzzword — it's a belief. This spring, we're spotlighting three organizations that are getting it right:

Current Tools — Wellford, SC
Manufacturer of bending and cable pulling equipment trusted by electrical contractors across the country.

AttachCo — Athens, TN
Manufacturer of tractor and skid steer attachments, built on a foundation of values-driven leadership.

Vintage Air — San Antonio, TX
Manufacturer of premium aftermarket HVAC systems for classic vehicles — delivering modern comfort without compromising the character of the build.

No Shortage of Culture: Inside Current Tools

“We hire them to retire them!” - John Scovil, Founder and CEO of Current Tools

"We like to celebrate all the little things in big ways."

— Judy Lecture, HR Manager & Chief Culture Officer, Current Tools

At Current Tools, culture and relationships between coworkers are a genuine driver of success. No matter how talented someone is, the ability to work well with others matters just as much. When people feel like a valued part of a team, they become invested in their own — and each other's — success.

Building Something that Lasts: Culture at AttachCo

“We are building a culture around a defined set of values that our team worked together on defining.” - Nancy Chamblee, CEO

A strong values-driven culture is more than a framework — it's a force multiplier.

- A culture rooted in values provides a filter for leaders and teams when facing decisions that don't come with a playbook or a policy. That's empowering.

- In my experience, the intangible is worth an extra 10–15% when taking on a big challenge or a ground-breaking opportunity.

- A strong culture can be the steady constant that holds a team together when the world around them keeps changing.

- Culture can be the sometimes-unexplainable glue that sits between strategy and execution — and an absolute game-changer if you want to build long-term winning teams.

— Nancy Chamblee, CEO, AttachCo

Vintage Air Celebrates 50 Years of Cool!

Hundreds of classic cars filled the Vintage Air campus to celebrate five decades of keeping the hobby cool at the annual open house.

The LFM Capital team joined the celebration and enjoyed the live music, food and most of all, the people.

What began as a mission to make hot rods more comfortable in the sweltering Texas heat has grown into a globally recognized brand trusted by builders, restorers and enthusiasts alike.

For five decades, Vintage Air has been led by engineers and craftsmen who understand the needs of the automotive community because they are enthusiasts themselves.
