LFM Capital Adds New Portfolio Company: L&R Industries
NASHVILLE, TN – April 22, 2026 – LFM Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market manufacturing and industrial services businesses, announced today that it has invested in a new portfolio company, L&R Industries, LLC (“L&R” or the “Company”). The investment marks the third platform company in LFM’s fourth fund.
Founded in 1969 by Lin and Janice Jones, L&R Industries is a vertically integrated manufacturer of steel reels primarily serving the fiber broadband, data center, and utilities end markets. L&R also manufactures tube products and provides transport, metal fabrication, stamping, millwright, electrical, crane, and other related services. The Company is headquartered in Cabool, Missouri.
