Nancy is a Portfolio Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she partners with LFM’s portfolio company teams to lead critical finance initiatives and drive business financial performance. Nancy has over twenty years of experience leading finance and operations teams in a mix of mid-market and large global manufacturing companies. Take a hike!

On a beautiful fall day, the LFM team stepped out of the office to enjoy Nashville’s Percy Warner Park, home to miles of hiking trails, beautiful overlooks and ample wildlife.  We loved getting to spend time together outdoors – especially our furry friends, Scout, Ozzie and River!
