As an Operating Partner at LFM Capital with over 20 years of experience scaling companies, Kyle brings hands-on, shop-floor insight and strategic leadership to lower middle-market manufacturing businesses, helping them scale through continuous process improvement and disciplined growth initiatives. 

Background

Kyle is a seasoned executive and operating leader with two decades of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and transformation across manufacturing, distribution and private equity–backed companies.

Previously, Kyle held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Walk-on Capital, where they partnered with portfolio leadership teams to execute growth strategies and enhance operational performance. As President of T.I.E. Industrial, he led one of North America’s largest aftermarket suppliers for CNC automation, robotics, and motion control, positioning the company for sustainable growth in the industrial automation sector.

Kyle spent 12 years with Marmon Holdings (a Berkshire Hathaway company) as Group President of Fontaine Spray Suppression, delivering substantial organic revenue growth and solidifying market leadership across multiple premium trucking brands. His leadership track also includes senior commercial and business development roles at Stens Corporation, as well as management for the U.S. Department of the Navy, overseeing testing and evaluation for critical defense and aerospace programs.

Known for building high-performance teams, implementing operational turnarounds, and driving EBITDA growth, Kyle leverages expertise in Lean Manufacturing and 80/20 principles to deliver lasting enterprise value.

Kyle received a BS in Speech Communications Public Relations from Indiana State University.  

Kyle is passionate about reinvigorating U.S. manufacturing and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence.

Kyle resides in Gallatin, TN with his wife, Sasha, and four children and spends most of his free time with his family.  He loves being outside and being in his shop due to his hobby of classic cars and trucks.  He enjoys golfing and playing and watching basketball.
