Rick has over 23 years of private equity and investment banking experience, including significant expertise in lower middle market manufacturing M&A. At LFM, Rick is responsible for investment evaluation and execution, managing portfolio company investments, and add-on acquisitions.
Dan has served in senior roles in manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing, engineering and supply chain at industrial companies like Caterpillar and Ditch Witch. At LFM, Dan is responsible for investment evaluation and driving
portfolio company value creation with management teams.
Chris brings over a decade of experience in transactional analysis, due diligence and operational value creation. At Bain, he advised senior executives at Fortune 500 and middle market companies in strategy and operations. At LFM, Chris evaluates and executes deals and supports value creation at portfolio companies.
Jessica has extensive experience in private equity and investment management, having served in a variety of roles that include transaction diligence, credit analysis and investor communications. At LFM, Jessica is responsible for leading the firm’s business development and marketing efforts.
Noah brings analytical rigor and significant transaction experience to LFM. While at Barclays, Noah focused on M&A deals in the industrial space, including several Financial Sponsor transactions. At LFM, Noah is primarily focused on deal evaluation and execution, including extensive valuation analyses
Russ brings extensive transaction and valuation experience to LFM from his prior roles at Barclays and PwC where he focused on executing middle market deals primarily in the industrial, consumer and retail spaces. At LFM, Russ is focused on deal evaluation and execution.
