Steve Cook, Executive Managing Director
Steve is a co-founder and the Executive Managing Director of LFM Capital. He brings to the Fund over 23 years of operating experience, having served in a variety of senior executive and functional roles in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, technology and sales.
Prior to LFM, Steve was a Principal with TVV Capital, COO of MFG.com, and a Senior Director with Dell. Steve received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, his MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT, and his MBA from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program.
Rick Reisner, Managing Director
Rick is a co-founder of LFM Capital and brings to the Fund over 23 years of private equity and investment banking experience with a strong and successful track record in identifying and completing acquisitions and working with management teams toward successful exits.
Prior to founding LFM, Rick was a Principal at TVV Capital (2004-2014) where he directed transactional activity. Rick previously has been in senior roles at boutique investment banks in the Nashville area. Rick received his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and his MBA from the University of Texas.
Dan Shockley, Managing Director
Dan is a co-founder of LFM Capital and brings to the Fund over 13 years of management leadership and operating experience, having served in a variety of senior executive and functional roles in manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing, engineering and supply chain.
Prior to LFM Capital, Dan served in General Manager roles at Ditch Witch and Caterpillar, and as a Director of Data Center Operations for Amazon. Dan received his BS in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and his MBA from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program.
Chris Lin, Vice President
Chris is a Vice President at LFM Capital, and brings over 9 years of management consulting, transactional, and operational experience. Prior to LFM, Chris spent his career at Bain & Company, where he advised senior executives at leading Fortune 500 and middle market companies. His casework included developing business growth strategies, executing on operational improvement programs, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. He also worked in Bain's Private Equity practice, advising funds on investment opportunities and value creation at portfolio companies.
Chris received his BS in Biomedical Computation from Stanford University, his MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and his MBA from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program.
Noah Krimm, Associate
Noah is an Associate at LFM Capital. Prior to joining LFM, Noah worked at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst in their Global Industrials Group in New York.
Noah received his A.B. with Honors from Princeton University with a degree in Economics.
