Aaron is an associate at LFM Capital and is focused on deal evaluation and execution.

Background

Prior to LFM, Aaron worked at Hastings Equity Partners in Houston, Texas, where he served in portfolio company operating roles including President at Powercor Services, LLC and Director of Corporate Development at MKD Electric, LLC.

Before joining Hastings, Aaron worked for Transgrid in Sydney, Australia where he held various leadership and engineering roles. Prior to joining Transgrid, Aaron worked for Aurecon Group as a design engineer on major capital projects in the electrical power and rail transport sectors. Aaron started his career as an electrician with Heyday Group in Sydney, Australia.

Aaron received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Outside of LFM, Aaron loves to spend time with his wife, Ciara, and his daughter, Anna. Aaron enjoys watching Boston Red Sox games and listening to Luke Combs.
